We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who want to train seriously and take their fitness and athletic performance to the next level. Our unique, fun and challenging classes with get you excited to work out while gaining amazing results. Our gym is truly unique and like nothing else in the area.

Tuesdays: 10:00-11:00 AM and 5:30-6:15 PM, Thursdays: 10:00-11:00 AM and 5:30-6:15 PM
Saturday: 12:15-1:15 PM

Our Strength & Conditioning Class 

Our classes are designed to be scaled for people of all ages, abilities and skill levels. Each class is fun, unique and engaging and is geared toward people looking to dramatically increase their physical performance.

Our goal is not to create massive bodybuilders but to improve one’s health, strength, balance, lose weight and fat, increase cardio, stamina, and athletic performance.

Or strength and conditioning classes are perfect for:

  • College or high school athletes
  • Athletes looking for performance building cross-training
  • Retired athletes looking for a new way to push themselves
  • People looking for a new, exciting and unique way to work out
  • Anyone looking to change their health & fitness for the better

Although perfect for athletes, you do NOT need to be an athlete to participate in classes. You DO however have to be dedicated, engaged and willing to push yourself to new levels of training.

What is Strength and Conditioning?

Strength and conditioning uses exercise to improve performance in athletics as well as activities in everyday life.  The class helps participants to prevent injuries and learn how to use proper body mechanics within their specific sport’s performance or day-to-day activities. As well as increasing performance, our class helps individuals get into better shape and improve overall health and confidence.  Our strength and conditioning classes incorporate:

  • Kettlebells, Body Weight, Resistance Band & Suspension Training
  • Battle Ropes and Plyometrics
  • Body Movements and Cardio Kickboxing
  • Mobility and Flexibility
